Michael has been a developer for over 10 years, the last last 5 of which he has been helped greatly by practicing principles from XP, Agile and Lean. Before joining Forward in 2008, Michael was a Technical Lead at ThoughtWorks and helped design and deliver business critical applications in a variety of domains, from banking to Web 2.0 startups. His current interests involve functional programming, scalable architectures for the web, design and trying to finish workoutnot.es.
